An Installment in a Series which is set at the same time as another story in a shared continuity. An example would include setups of the "While they were doing that, we were doing this", variety. Characters and events of such stories do not need to interweave, touch, acknowledge, or even be aware of each other.
- There can be more than one Sidequel in a shared continuity
- An installment does not have to be by the Original Author
- If the Orignal Author of the Series did not authorized, or even disavows, a story, make it explictly known and combine with Unauthorized
