Of the various potential last names for Tara, (2020's) Love Robin's Tara Flagg may be the most canon-clue supportable surname for Tara.
When attempting to build an OC family member for Tara (a father), she had the sudden inspiration that Tara and Brick Flagg could be siblings:
- both are blonds
- both have the same color eyes (turquiose)
- both are "sporty" (Jock and Cheerleader)
- both are considered… "breezy-minded"
Add that Graduation, by seating Tara next to Zita Flores, implies her last name might begin with F
